Rob Halder

Robert Halder joined NatAlliance Securities in 2016 and serves as the head of the firm’s Head of Investment Banking and Special Situations. Rob is a specialist in high yield and distressed situation analysis with a focus in both the financial services and monoline insurance sectors. Prior to joining National Alliance, Rob led the Fixed Income Department at Clearview Trading Advisors and Tejas Securities Group, Inc. Rob’s career experience includes analyzing, advising, and participating in some of the largest in-court and out-of-court restructurings for corporate, municipal and structured bonds including Enron, Lehman Brothers and the City of Detroit. Additionally Rob has also served on the board of directors for numerous distressed financial services companies including Westech Capital Corp. and Trenwick America and served as Chairman, Member, and Advisor to numerous official and ad hoc equity and creditor committees. Rob graduated from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 50, 63, 66, 86 and 87 licenses.

Todd Graham

Todd Graham was a Managing Director with Cantor Fitzgerald and co-lead the firm’s infrastructure finance practice within the Debt Capital Markets group. Todd specializes in infrastructure and real estate finance, and he has over 20 years of experience as an investment banker with an expertise in debt and equity capital markets, transaction structuring, securitization, real estate finance and structured finance.
Prior to joining Cantor, he was a Managing director with MHT Partners, a middle market investment bank based in Dallas where he led the firm’s energy, industrial and infrastructure investment banking practice and opened their Houston office.
Prior to MHT Partners, he was a co-founder and principal of First/Third Capital Partners, LLC, a private equity investment firm. Via his work at First/Third, Todd developed and executed a private equity investment strategy around energy, water and environmental service focused on the industrial technologies which drive growth among the middle market leaders in these industries. In addition to his investment and execution responsibilities, Todd served in senior management roles in several of the portfolio companies.
Todd, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, with both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration Degree.

Frank Giordano

Frank was recently a Managing Director in Cantor Fitzgerald’s Capital Markets Division. Frank has over 30 years of Real Estate and Capital Markets experience.
While at Cantor, Frank created and co-headed the Infrastructure Finance practice as a division of the Structured Products and Asset Finance group. His areas of expertise included Debt and Equity private placements, Securitization and Structured Transactions. Sectors included Commercial and Residential Real Estate, Asset Backed Finance, Infrastructure, Aviation and Consumer Finance.
Previously Frank was a Director with Deutsche Bank in the Securitized Products Division. His responsibilities included institutional distribution of Real Estate and Asset Backed fixed income products.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and was commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Army.

Tim Chen

Tim Chen is a senior banker with NatAlliance currently charged leading the banking team’s business development efforts. Prior to NatAlliance, Tim was a portfolio manager at Tricadia Capital focused on distressed corporate credit, credit default swaps, capital structure arbitrage, risk arbitrage and special situation equities. Earlier he was with Litespeed Partners, a hedge fund specializing in event-driven investing and special situation opportunities such as: bankruptcies, recapitalizations, liquidations, spin-offs, risk arbitrage and post-reorg equities. Tim began his professional career as an investment banker at CIBC Oppenheimer where he worked in the Leveraged Finance Group that originated high yield bonds and leveraged loans across multiple industry sectors. Tim is a graduate of Harvard University and holds FINRA Series 7, 55, 63, 85, 86 licenses.

Jane Zennario

Jane Zennario joined the NatAlliance Securities banking team in 2017. Prior to NatAlliance Jane was an executive charged with managing teams that built and marketed credit data and analytical products targeted to financial investors. Jane worked for Experian Capital Markets, S&P Risk Solutions Credit Products, and Reuters Strategic Marketing. At the start of her career Jane was a fixed income trader specializing in a variety of private label structured finance securities at JP Morgan and Credit Suisse. Jane graduated from the School of Commerce and Finance at Villanova University in Villanova, PA and currently holds FINRA 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
